What is the meaning of the term “generic”? Do generic medications and the brand name medicines produce equal medical effect?

The generic medicine differs from its brand name counterpart by the name, shape, color and the price. Generally speaking the generic drug bears the name of the main component rather than a manufacturer prefers to exploit a brand name. Since a manufacturer is not in a possession of a patent for a certain chemical ingredient, thus the products legally produced by such manufacturers can be so-called as a “generics” one. The brand name medications as well as their generic analogies are of the same chemical composition and since the active agent is identical, they can produce equal medical effect. It means that when one can buy a generic medication thus he or she pays less with the same medical result. Under the condition you strictly follow all the instructions given to you by your health care provider you can get the intended effect.

What is the reason that the generic medicine is cheaper than the brand name ones?

The original manufacturers of brand name drugs are facing enormous expenses to be spent on research and development and advertising. To get the FDA approval alone in the U.S. costs tremendous amount of money. At the same time, the generic drugs manufacturers are not expected to bear or to cover all these costs. What is the difference between 50mg Viagra tabs and 100mg tabs?

Generic Viagra we offer is available in 50mg and 100mg tabs. The active ingredient of generic Viagra is Sildenafil. Accordingly, a 50 mg Viagra pill contains 50 mg of Sildenafil concentrate and a 100 mg Viagra pill contains 100 mg of Sildenafil. Since any substance affects different people in different manner we advise to take a 25 mg for the first time, splitting a 50 mg pill in two and taking one half only to verify our own dose.

If this message is not received within 10 minutes, you should inform us and we will send it again as it is very important.

I wonder if you make a delivery to my place of living.

Only several countries from the Asia region are not accessible for delivery while the whole world is covered by our shipping capabilities.

If India is the place where the pills are sent from?

Yes, it is. As the manufacture of pills is done in India, the processing and dispatching of your order is executed out from there accordingly.

Are the packages you use suitable to observe my privacy? Does the procedure of shipment require my signature?

Your privacy is of paramount importance for us. We use a discrete envelope for sending your order which will be left in your mail box. Once your order is sent by Standard Mail you are not asked to sign for it.

Is shipment of my order will be done at the same day as I buy it?

The products we sell are in stock for immediate delivery. Before we send you the order we have to be sure that information provided us for delivery is correct. Only after this is done we pack and send out your order. All these procedures usually take about 1-2 days.

What are the shipping methods? What time will it take to deliver my order?

In case you indicate a mail forwarding address (e.g. PO box, General delivery, Poste restante, UPS store, APO/FPO), hotel or educational facility in your shipping address there will be no possibility to execute your order by Express International Mail. That is also true in case of incorrect telephone number.

We would like to warn you that in case of existence of any of force majeure events listed below we could not meet the delivery deadline rather to tell the precise delivery time as in most cases it is considered to have estimated status.

Please take a note that the prolonged delays may happened due to the customs inspections of international mail that is out of our company responsibilities.

The great probability of mail disruptions during the Christmas and New Year celebration, natural disasters, strikes and other events may disrupt mailing process being beyond our control.

What rates are applied for the shipment?

The shipping rate is different as your shipping option, country of destination and the amount of products you order are accounted in its calculation. When you add desired products to shopping cart and proceed to checkout you would see the shipping cost.

Can my order be delayed at customs?

Yes, it happens from time to time. The recipient of order is asked to come to custom and give a permission to examine the parcel. After that is done it should be sent to your address. If any problems with getting your order may arise, you should inform us and we will do our best to settle it.

What can I do in case of the package is damaged or something is missing?

Since you experience that problem, please contact our support team and notify of the issue. The package will be sent to you again or we refund your payment. For more details see our Policies.

Usually we use several packages for sending your order if it consists of 90 pills or more.

Shall I have to pay more when you reship the product?

The reshipment is done free of charges and no additional charges are applied.
